Meeting the Farway Grange team

Get to know the people and responsibilities behind your care conversation.

A listening ear.Clear answers.One step at a time.
A LITTLE REASSURANCE

When you contact a home, it helps to know who can answer an initial question, who considers suitability and who would discuss a care plan. Ask about these responsibilities during a viewing rather than assuming the person showing you around can confirm every arrangement.

Understand the roles behind the care conversation.

The current CQC profile names Mrs Inga Nedzelskiene as Registered Manager and Amrial Care Limited as the registered provider. Regulator records can change; check the current profile for the latest published details. During a visit, ask the team about the roles involved in supporting the person and how staff learning is kept up to date.

The registered management record

Ask how preferences are passed between shifts, how new staff learn about a person and whom relatives contact with a concern. Discuss how the person would be involved in their care and how communication arrangements are reviewed. A friendly introduction matters, and clear responsibilities help you understand what happens after the visit.
